What is the warranty period and coverage?

SZLUCKY follows national regulations and manufacturer warranty policies. Free repair within warranty and authorized brand coverage. Unauthorized modification, misuse or force majeure are excluded. Lifelong maintenance is available after warranty.

Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?

Yes. After project kick-off, senior SZLUCKY engineers install and commission on site, define construction plans with clients and ensure on-time delivery. Professional shipping crates are available for large displays.

What is the after-sales response time?

SZLUCKY commits to 1-hour response and solutions within 48 hours, plus 7×24 phone and email technical support and periodic on-site inspection.

Are software upgrades free?

Yes. Free software upgrades including Information Release System, Video Wall Control System and other in-house SZLUCKY software with technical support.
